Kelvin Choo, CEO of MDSB Institute, holds a degree in Business and Administration from the University of Nottingham. As a versatile consultant and trainer, he brings extensive experience across diverse industries, including maritime shipping, event management, wealth management and advisory, performing arts, and performing arts education. Kelvin's distinguished career also includes being selected by the Olympic Council of Malaysia to represent the nation at the 50th International Session for Young Participants in 2010, hosted by the International Olympic Academy in Greece. His extensive experience and leadership skills drive the institute's mission to empower individuals and organizations alike.
Soo Thien Wei

Drawing from his background in the palm oil industry, he integrates crucial elements of environmental sustainability into his training initiatives, ensuring that they are aligned with current industry trends and sustainable practices.
